A corporate retreat designed to reward, motivate and inspire, the team began their day out in the verdant hills of the Tuscan countryside to experience first-hand the world of Chianti Classico winemaking – dating back 2,500 years.

In one of the region’s most reputable wineries, they toured a medieval wine cellar, learned about timeless processing techniques, and tantalized their taste buds with award-winning wines before indulging in a light and authentic Tuscan lunch.

They experienced a live falconry show in the majestic setting of the estate’s vineyard, with watching trained falcons glide serenely through the Tuscan sky. The tone was set with the expert falconers dressed in medieval attire, the demonstration, accompanied with period music, was an exhilarating immersion into the medieval art of falconry.

The day concluded with a fine dining experience set inside a celebrated winery estate in Chianti.

Testaccio, a working-class Roman neighborhood, both centrally located and a world unto itself, has ensured the survival of cucina romana, with its thriving Nuovo Mercato di Testaccio and family-run specialty shops and trattorias that offer an incomparable insight into the Roman food scene.
